Background
Midtjylland, also known as Central Denmark Region is an administrative region of Denmark with a population of 1.2 million. The region has a thriving business community with specific strengths within sustainable energy production, processing of foodstuffs, information technology and advanced manufacturing industry. In the health field the region will connect the need for health innovation with research, and make it easier for enterprises to cooperate with the health service on the development of new solutions and services which can both reach the global market and streamline the Danish health care system.
