East Netherlands: Preventive medicine and the Smart Specialisation Strategy for 2021-2027

SAPHIRe met with Karolien de Bruine, EU Liaison with the East Netherlands Development Agency, to discuss ongoing programmes in preventive medicine, and the Smart specialisation strategy for 2021-2027.

East Netherlands Development Agency work with entrepreneurs to explore EU business opportunities in East Netherlands. They work together with businesses to find the right EU support program that matches their R&D activities, innovation projects or business cases. Examples of these opportunities are the ERDF (European Fund for Regional Development), INTERREG (European Fund for Cross-border Regional Development) and Horizon 2020 (R&D program for Europe).
